Client Training Agreement & Policies

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY
Payment is required to reserve your appointment. Sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.

MISSED SESSIONS & MAKE-UP SESSIONS
Attendance at scheduled sessions is the client's responsibility. Make-up sessions for absences, missed appointments, or
scheduling conflicts are not guaranteed and may be offered only at the sole discretion of Fetch the Moon LLC, subject to trainer
availability.

CLIENT PARTICIPATION & RESPONSIBILITY
Dog training is a collaborative process. Fetch the Moon LLC will teach and coach the client on how to train and communicate with
their own dog. The client understands that progress depends on consistent practice, follow-through, and implementation of the
training plan outside of scheduled sessions.
The client accepts responsibility for putting forth the time and effort needed to practice the recommended exercises. Results may
vary based on the dog, the environment, the client's consistency, and other factors; therefore, specific outcomes cannot be
guaranteed.

TRAINING METHODS & EQUIPMENT
Fetch the Moon LLC uses positive reinforcement and reward-based training methods. The trainer will not use, recommend, or
apply aversive equipment or methods, including electronic/shock collars, prong collars, choke collars, or other tools intended to
cause pain, fear, intimidation, or physical discomfort.
The client agrees not to request that the trainer use aversive methods during training sessions. If the client independently chooses
to use methods or equipment that conflict with Fetch the Moon LLC's training approach, the trainer may modify, pause, or
discontinue services when necessary to protect the dog's welfare and maintain professional standards.
